Kimberly-Clark Kazakhstan, together with the company Cleverbots, which integrates solutions based on artificial intelligence, is conducting a range of marketing activities to increase sales level and loyalty to diaper Huggies brand. It was necessary to develop a system for receiving coupons with several visualization options for different product groups in order to support the promotion campaign.
During the project, a web application was developed and launched for receiving coupons with an administrative interface and several site options for parents: the Huggies Elite Soft and Huggies Elite Soft Night product lines.
On the site, the user can familiarize himself with the product and reviews, leave his question for consultation, fill out a form for coupon receiving and choose a convenient store. After successful registration, the client receives a discount on the next purchase in the nearest promotion partner store.
The administrative application allows to evaluate the statistics of orders on the site, moderate reviews and answer customer questions.
In the first three months since the launch, tens of thousands of users have used web-apps and received coupons.
The application has been tested for compliance with the security standards of the international corporation Kimberly-Clark, it is resistant to various network attack scenarios and to massive requests for coupons for commercial purposes

After the successful launch of the coupons receipt system which became an effective marketing tool - hundreds of thousands of users used the sites during the campaign, “Kimberly-Clark Kazakhstan” decided to continue the campaign in order to increase customer loyalty to the Huggies brand. The next step in this field was a service with the help of which parents can generate personalized Huggies videoclips with pictures of their children.
The «Baby Adventure» - a web-based video generator which has an administrative interface for moderators and is integrated with a video processing service developed by Cleverbots. The service operates in multi-threaded mode which allows to simultaneously run multiple videos in the processing.The application has extra protection mechanisms against network attacks and account hacking.The resulting video content is ready for posting on social networks - Instagram, Facebook, VK and others. The video has the optimal length and resolution for each platform and is decorated in the Huggies corporate style - soft and warm colors.
To generate unique video content, the user shall enter the data (name, date of birth, height and weight) and photographs of his child. This information is moderated and after that a video is created. The result can be obtained via a link in an SMS-message or by e-mail, as well as be shared on social networks.
The web application is adapted for mobile devices.
The administrative interface allows to process completed users questionnaire, post reviews and moderate content - this is a key moment in the video creation process.
